Zach has been around real estate long before he became an agent.

In 2016, he started Open House Media, a real estate photography and videography company serving Southwest Missouri. Since then, he has helped market over a thousand properties alongside local Realtors. Working behind the camera gave him a front-row seat to what makes properties stand out and what actually gets them sold. Being on that many properties gave him a clear understanding of how real estate is valued, how buyers think, and what separates listings that sit from listings that sell.

In 2022, Zach became a licensed real estate agent in MO and stepped fully into the sales side of the business.

Born and raised in Southwest Missouri, he grew up hunting, fishing, and spending time in the outdoors. That connection to the land is still a big part of who he is today. Whether he’s marketing a property or walking ground with a buyer, he genuinely enjoys being outdoors and helping clients find the right fit.

Zach believes trust is earned through honesty, hard work, and doing what you say you’re going to do and that’s how he approaches every client and every property.
